Users who are minors must have their accounts created and managed by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

All tutors on Kaddle undergo a verification process before being allowed to offer tutoring services on the platform. This is intended to maintain a high-quality and safe learning environment.
During the free trial, tutees can engage in the group, access messaging, review materials, and decide if they want to continue.
After the 30-hour trial, tutees must subscribe at the tutor's set rate to keep access to group messaging, files, sessions, and dashboard access.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 members as part of the current platform design.
Tutors have full control over their tutoring services on Kaddle, including:
Kaddle does not control tutor pricing or session structures.
Users are expected to behave respectfully when using the platform.
Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct in chatboxes or sessions may result in temporary or permanent restrictions. Reported users may be temporarily blocked from accessing the platform, depending on the severity of the violation.
These limits exist to maintain platform performance and privacy. Users are responsible for saving any materials they wish to keep.
Users may use the "Get Help" feature in the application to contact support. The Kaddle team will respond as soon as possible to assist with issues or questions.
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
Refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the number of days remaining in the subscription period.
This fee helps cover secure payment processing, platform operations, and payment services.
Tutee Suspensions
Tutees may be suspended if multiple users report them for misconduct. Depending on internal review, suspensions may be temporary or permanent.
Tutor Suspensions
Tutors may be suspended for 30 days if three different tutees report them for conduct violations or missing scheduled sessions.
All payments on Kaddle are subscription-based. Each tutor receives a wallet within the platform.
If a tutor changes their banking details, withdrawals will be temporarily frozen for 24 hours. Withdrawal cooldowns may also be applied to help prevent fraud or abuse.
These Terms of Use may be updated as Kaddle continues to develop. Additional policies and platform features may be introduced and will be communicated to users.
